I think a lot of people in here are assuming that this is a precaution about NK launching missiles at whatever country this is. This is mainly just about when they like to do that stupid shit when they test their missiles by launching them into the ocean. Ballistic missiles do not necessarily imply nuclear war heads and missile launches do not necessarily imply missile attacks.
